Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dchollywood@aol.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
